In today’s high stress lifestyle, a Health System’s list of offered services must include access to Mental Health and Chemical Dependency. Hamilton Construction has gathered critical experience in these fields over the last fifteen years at leading healthcare facilities throughout Southern California.

The Fifth Floor Adolescent Substance Abuse Remodel at Saint Joseph Medical Center Burbank was constructed in 1988 and included cutting edge security, spacial orientation, and materials concepts which we have seen in many subsequent similar projects.

Kaiser’s stand-alone Counseling Center a short distance from the Fontana Medical Center campus is a 16,000 square foot facility with 25 providers and an on-site pharmacy to serve area members. Special construction techniques ensured sound control and noise level goals in keeping with this unique facilities mission were achieved in the final product.

The three phase Psychiatric Unit Remodel at Methodist Hospital of Southern California included Geriatric and Acute Care patients, with special attention to improving passive and active security, safety through careful materials selection and usage, and patient environment through color usage and the implementation of a total landscape upgrade of the existing grounds.
