The process and the project team, which implemented the Rancho Cucamonga Medical Office Building, deserve special mention and congratulations. Clear direction and commitment to schedule was provided by the Medical Group Team headed by Bill Meyer and included Paul Foster, Jody Santiago, and Martin Lakatos. The physicians and department administrators work closely with the Frank R Webb Team to refine the program to meet the needs of the Inland Member Service area.
The Permit and Bid Phases of the project were facilitated by Marc Strange of Intelisyn Construction Management and Pam Steele of Hogle Ireland, and resulted in plan check durations of two months for the Core & Shell and Tenant Improvement packages.
The key to the successes achieved during the construction phase, which was completed in less than a year, was assembling a strong team of quality subcontractors, which included:

Close coordination and planning in preparation for Occupancy included special commissioning meetings headed by Andy Campbell, Pat McCarthy, and Oscar Flores of Hamilton Construction. Working with Ann Luttringer and her team, the process of furnishing and equipping the building was completed within six weeks of permit sign off.
The Rancho Cucamonga Medical Office Building is a facility which was conceived an implemented by an aggressive team working as partners, focused on delivering a quality facility made of the finest materials within a fixed schedule and budget, which provides a unique atmosphere for delivery of a wide variety medical services for the staff and members of Kaiser Permanente's Inland Member Service Area. We are proud to have been selected as part of Kaiser Permanente's project team for this project!
