Special consideration was given improving reception, cashier, and queuing for members visiting the Rancho Cucamonga Medical Office Building. Clear access to building services and departments is available from the central reception area.
Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, Charting, and Conference programs were reviewed and refined to meet local MSA needs and extensive functional studies determined their ultimate location in the building.
Optometry & Specialty Clinic
As part of the mix of services at the Rancho MOB, Kaiser also offers Optical Dispensing, Optometry, and a twenty-four provider specialty clinic. This enhances the clinic's ability to provide a full range of services to members, and reduces the number of yearly trips to the medical center.
